Luxurio Collection Exchange Policy

At Luxurio Collection, we are committed to providing premium products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please carefully review our exchange policy before making your purchase:

1. No Returns Accepted
We do not accept returns for any items purchased. All sales are considered final.

2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within 7 days of the order being received.
- To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a store credit will be issued for future use.

3. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at 0544264222 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

4. Shipping Costs
- Luxurio Collection will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange process, including the cost of returning the item(s) to us and shipping the replacement item(s) back to you. FREE SHIPPING

5. Exceptions
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-exchangeable” are not eligible for exchange.
